“i was coming back from dinner with 8 brothers and sisters.
approximetly 30 riot police approached us & started
harassing pushing and hitting us. the situation escalated. we tried to
lock arms and hold eachother and get to the gate. there were too many
of them.

On 28th December 2009 , Viva Palestina Malaysia handed over a letter of appeal to the Egyptian Ambassador, asking for safe, easy and quick passage of all vehicles in the Viva Palestina convoy through Egypt into Gaza.

The convoy left London on the 6th December 2009 and have been making their way through Europe. They are now in  Turkey and arriving in Syria tomorrow!
